A slew of Premier League stars featured in a short video clip from Premier League India, sending birthday greetings to Indian cricket skipper Virat Kohli, who turns 31 on Tuesday.

Wishes for India captain Virat Kohli, who is celebrating his 31st birthday on Tuesday, have continued to pour in since the start of the day. The latest celebrities to wish Kohli are some of the biggest names in the English Premier League.

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs and Marcos Rojo, Liverpool stars Sadio Mane and Naby Keita, Manchester City's Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva along with Chelsea stars Marcos Alonso and Willy Caballero featured in a clip from Premier League India's official twitter handle. All the players were seen sending birthday greetings to Virat, who is a known football fan himself.

Kohli is loved by millions across the world for his majestic batting. Currently leading the world in run-making, Kohli is by far the best all-formats batsman in the world. 

While Australia's Steve Smith and New Zealand's Kane Williamson give him tough competition in Tests, what makes Kohli the best is his supremacy across formats. 

Kohli, who is widely hailed as the run-machine, has many records under his belt. In 82 Test matches, he has 7,066 runs studded with 26 centuries and 22 half-centuries. 

In 239 ODIs, he scored 11,520 runs and counting with an average of 60.31 In the shortest format of the game, he played 72 games in which he amassed 2,450 runs at an average of 50.00 with the help of 22 fifties. 

Currently, Kohli has been given rest for the T20I series against Bangladesh but he will play the Test series, starting from November 14.
